Place doesnt look like the pictures its pretty beat up and old. The floors in the place where pretty dirty, bed was clean. Check out was easy to deal with.next time I think I would prefer to get a hotel.

While the flooring is darker in appearance, we do want to clarify that it is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly like it was listed and was close to all the fun things to do in Nashville! Just a short drive to Broadway or a 20 minute walk away. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay!

We stayed here during CMA fest. It was great location to the stadium and to Broadway. It was hot so we did have to use the electric scooters (conveniently located close to the condos) a bit to get to our destination faster. The place was really clean, really cute. We had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again thank you for having us.

Check in was very easy. Kitchen had a decent amount of plates, cups, etc. Bot a lot of storage for clothes, and I would have like at least 2 sets of towels. The pool was a very nice option, but pool towels weren’t offered.
