Beachfront Villa by Peppy Beach Retreats® is possibly the most spacious and stunning three bedroom property in Western Australia.
Split across two floors, soak in the panoramic ocean views upstairs from multiple areas while downstairs you can enjoy a games room with separate studio bedroom + en suite.
A literal stone's throw from the pristine Peppy Beach, with breathtaking sunset views and ample space to relax.
Beachfront Villa is the perfect home for groups and families of between four and eight adults.

THE SPACE ("Beachfront Villa"):

Beachfront Villa by Peppy Beach Retreats® is spread across two high-ceilinged and spacious levels. The entire property is actually three floors and can be rented as "Beachfront Mansion" to sleep up to 16 guests. However, by renting Villa you will have exclusive access to the mid and lower floor with an entirely separate entrance and driveway (via Wave Walk) and will have no interaction with any guests on the top floor (who access the property from a separate road). There is no internal connection between the property, nor is there any shared space.
UPSTAIRS:
On the upper floor of Villa (the middle floor of the entire property) your group will experience breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. The photos speak for themselves, but you have a dedicated lounge area with floor to ceiling windows designed to capture the incredible sunsets and with space for your entire group to relax. You can also enjoy the sunset from your spacious balcony before enjoying the cool summer breeze or the woodfired heater in winter.
This lounge area also contains a fold-out bed for those that would like to wake up to the ocean (we do not count this as one of the three bedrooms). Adjacent to this lounge area is a dining area and another living space with a wood fire. The master bedroom in Villa also contains a king-size bed and its own dedicated balcony which has total privacy from the rest of the property. The second bedroom in Villa is huge at 22.3 m2 (4.1m x 5.44m) and contains a bunk bed set and additional queen bed. Finally, the Villa is also entirely self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, bathroom, and laundry.
DOWNSTAIRS:
The ground level of Beachfront Villa contains a treasure trove of fun: table tennis, darts, beach equipment and more. You can elect to use this area as undercover parking or as a games room, whichever you prefer. The ground level also contains a very private studio with its own dedicated courtyard area plus en suite bathroom.
There are internal stairs connecting the two levels. It is via the ground level that you will access Wave Walk and have direct access to Peppermint Grove Beach, which is literally a stone's throw away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
As noted above, you are renting two out of three floors of the entire property (listed separately as "Oceanview Mansion".) However, there are no shared spaces. At the back of Villa (i.e., on the side not facing the ocean) you have access to a patio but we ask that you do not pass through the back gate which would access the separate yard for the guests that have booked the top floor. Those guests will be given the same instruction. There is signage to ensure that there is no confusion, and this has never been an issue before.
We will be available as required throughout your stay. We do not live at the property. You can contact us via the Airbnb platform or via our contact details on our website. Our housekeepers live one minute drive away.
Parking is available at the Wave Walk driveway, either inside the garage (which means less games area) or on the driveway. To the extent that any additional parking is required, the Wave Walk entrance is next to a public car park.
