The Space:
The total atmosphere of a cozy home. The brightness and cheery attitude this 1BR apartment exude will immediately strike you being yellow as the color of energy and optimism.

The warm and bright living room is furnished with modern couch convertible to a sofa bed. Enjoy watching your favorite show in the cable TV or surf the internet with hi-speed connection. There is a comfy dining table where you can enjoy your meals. Prepare and cook your own feast from the open-kitchen using the appliances with cookware and dishes/silverware available for you.

The large bedroom has a king bed complete with fresh linens and cozy mattress for a better sleep. There is also a balcony overlooking the lovely swimming pool. Breathe in the fresh air outside as you sip a drink.

Soft towels with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion in the bathrooms available for guests.

Guest Access:
The guests have full access to outdoor swimming pool. Parking available upon request.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is an emerging area of Dubai. This family-oriented community is a breath of fresh air from the busyness that is apparent in Dubai. The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.

Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still the serenity is ever present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.

This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.

Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
