We set up a holiday unit for our family and enjoyed it so much we have created a holiday unit to rent out.
On the ground floor unit 1 is set up to be affordable for 4 people, the beds and couches are comfortable. The appliances are what I would like in accommodation. Great air conditioning! Decent pots and pans. A good coffee pod and ice machine. All NEW.
A person to meet you at the property to do check in, servicing midway through your stay. I have a ‘real job’ this is my side hustle!
I have lived in North Queensland Australia for many years, love Townsville and surrounding towns, they are unique. My family has a holiday unit at Henry St West End we thoroughly enjoy it.
Dark coloured bedrooms to assist with restful, good sleep.
Unit 1 is at the front of the complex with views of Castle Hill, massive frangipani tree and a power pole! Can’t wait for underground power.
We have 2 seasons: the wet and the dry, apparently someone has counted; Townsville has over 300 days of sunshine 🌞 a year. Do not worry about getting the fake tan for your trip.

Our unit complex is well built and maintained. Unit 1 is on the ground floor and has been fitted out with all new furniture and appliances. It looks and feels amazing plus the air conditioning is really good in the tropical 🌺 weather!
