Versteckt in der Wohnsiedlung Doyle’s Beach, einer etwas ruhigeren Alternative zum beliebten Urlaubsziel Savage Harbour, liegt das bezaubernde Jellybean Cottage. Es handelt sich um ein Blockhaus aus Zedernholz. Hier kannst du eine entspannte Woche am Meer mit Familie und Freunden genießen. Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für 8 Personen und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, darunter das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Balkon, von dem aus du einen weiten Blick auf das Meer hast! Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem gut ausgestatteten offenen Wohn-, Küchen- und Essbereich mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die du in diesem Zuhause fern der Heimat brauchst.



Vielleicht zieht es dich nach draußen auf die großzügige Veranda und die Terrasse des Ferienhauses. Die mit einem Fliegengitter versehene Veranda bietet einen zusätzlichen Ess- und Entspannungsbereich, wo du die frische Brise genießen kannst. Auf der Terrasse findest du einen Grill für deine unverzichtbaren Sommergrillabende. Es gibt eine Außendusche, unter der du das Salz und den roten Sand von der berühmten Nordküste von PEI abspülen kannst, die nur wenige Gehminuten von der Haustür entfernt liegt.



Wenn ihr auf der Suche nach Abenteuern jenseits unseres gemütlichen Ferienhauses seid, werdet ihr euch freuen, dass ihr nur 20 Minuten von einem der besten Golfplätze auf PEI entfernt seid. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von PEI, darunter auch die Inselhauptstadt Charlottetown, sind in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

We loved our stay at the Jellybean cottage. For our family of five, it was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need and very clean. The closeness to a quiet beach, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, peaceful, natural surroundings and charm of the cottage exceeded our expectations. We loved morning coffee on the porch, watching the rabbits hop about and listening to the birdsong. Mary Ellen and Jean were thoughtful hosts who remained available as needed during our stay. This lovingly restored cottage reflected the best of the feel of PEI we experienced on our trip. Thanks again!

Our experience at the Jellybean Cottage was fantastic. Check-in was straightforward and having the lights on for or late arrival was greatly appreciated. Its quiet location close to both beach and Crowbush suited us well. Plenty of seating both indoors and out. Great spot!

We spent 5 days at Jellybean cottage with 4 small children. The cottage is very clean and well appointed with everything you would need: including beach towels, wagon, beach toys, kids plates, highchair, etc. Location is a bit remote and the access road is bumpy, but there is a beautiful beach a very short walk away. The outdoor shower made beach clean-ups easy. The mosquitos were bad, so make sure you pack some bug spray! The screened-in porch allows you to enjoy the breeze while staying protected in the evening. I would also recommend getting bottled drinking water. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to families who don’t mind being away from the main tourist attractions on the island.

Beautiful cottage on a quiet cottage laneway with a private beach. Immaculately kept, and has thoughtful features like beach chairs, towels, and a wagon to take it all with you. The outdoor shower is the absolute best way to finish your beach day. The screened in porch was perfect for home cooked dinners and BBQs.Can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay! The space was perfect for our girls weekend — comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially loved the variety of indoor and outdoor seating, the outdoor shower (a great bonus after the beach!), and the screened porch where we spent a lot of time relaxing. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and in a very welcoming, friendly community. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the host was quick and responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Amazing Location and Charming Cottage

The Jellybean Cottage is uniquely appointed in a true beach house style, with all the modern benefits including laundry and air conditioning. Plenty of space between indoor, outdoor and indoor/outdoor (huge screened in porch). I can't recommend this location highly enough for those who want to be close to the beach!

Fantastic accommodations. Had everything we needed: towels, cooking utensils, and beach paraphernalia. Lots of seating inside, on the screened porch, and outside. Kids cutlery and dishes were a bonus. A/C unit for those hot days. A 2-3 min. walk to the private beach. Couldn't be much better.

The jellybean cottage was a dream on our PEI trip. It was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The place looks just like the photos and is just a couple min walk from the beach. They provide many extras with a fully stocked kitchen, many towels and extra toilet paper and paper towel. One thing to note, the air conditioning doesn’t cool the upstairs bedrooms. There were fans provided in each room and you do get a sea breeze but we were still a little hot each night. Overall, we loved our stay!

Our every expectation was exceeded at Jellybean Cottage. Strong Internet connection. Kitchen was fully equipped with whatever a chef might need. Beds, couches and chairs were comfortable. Towels (beach and bathrooms) were abundant and good-sized. Screened-in porch was a great place for a child to play. A short walk to the beach ensured that our 2-year-old wasn't able to run out into the ocean. The beach has to be one of the best on the island. Perfect family vacation spot.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful spot!

We so enjoyed our time at Jellybean Cottage. The cottage was exactly as described and pictured, and our hosts were very easy to communicate with. We very much appreciated the thoughtful touches -- lots of towels, plenty of cookware and dishes, a clothesline, and lots of outdoor seating options. The beach is a quick two-minute walk from the cottage, and is great for walking and soaking up the sun, as well as catching some waves. Great location with easy access to Charlottetown and the St. Peter's Bay area. This cottage was perfect for our family. We stayed for two weeks and could have absolutely stayed longer. We highly recommend Jellybean Cottage, and we will be back for another stay!

Perfect location for peaceful island life

This cottage could not be more welcoming and perfect. The host is as kind and gracious as can be, it is well appointed and comfortable with beautiful views. As a home base it is also perfect as you are an easy drive from the best beaches in the east or north coast, and the drive from Charlottetown airport is only 30 minutes or so. Note that PEI is an island where many good things are down clay or gravel roads so this is not the trip to rent that low slung sports car. Get yourself a vehicle that can explore and you will be all set. Or have a nice nap on the screened porch for your whole trip and listen to the ocean - all is possible from Jellybean cottage.

Our family loved staying at Jellybean Cottage. They really thought of everything you might need, from beach chairs and towels, to a little library with board games. The outdoor shower was so handy after a day at the beach! The beach was only a couple minutes walk, and had the most delightful sandbars to play on, and was so quiet. While our kids loved having space to spread out to play, both together and apart, the adults loved the screened in porch for sitting with a coffee early in the morning. Any questions were answered quickly or the answers to questions we hadn't even thought of, were already posted in the cottage for us. We hope to come back one day!

Jellybean cottage is the place to be if you want a true 90’s summer on the North Shore. For our family of 6 (3 couples), it was spacious, well furnished and cozy with just the right amount of privacy. It was obvious that our hosts put a great deal of thought and care into this property. The fully equipped kitchen helped host a mussel feast, the bbq allowed for smash burgers and we brought our own pizza oven to complete the week. Access to the private beach was a delight, and we definitely made good use of the wagon and beach chairs that were made available. As a clean freak, I was very happy with the state of the place when we arrived. A note for heat sensitive folks - there is ac, but it doesn’t quite reach the bedrooms upstairs. We did appreciate the fans in each room! Overall we each enjoyed our time at Jellybean cottage and would stay there again.

We live in the subdivision where the property is located so we are on site to meet your needs. Our properties are not just investments. They are ours and we take great pride in that ownership. We keep them clean and in good repair. We rented out our apartment last year and visitors mostly commented it was a new property. It was built in 2019.
