This unit, freshly remodeled including all new kitchen appliances, is a blend of comfort and convenience. The master bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom features two full-size beds.

Beach Colony Resort has a plethora of amenities and offers something for everyone, including indoor/outdoor pools, a lazy river, spas/hot tubs, a fitness center, tiki bar, onsite restaurants, private beach access, arcade and more! The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the start, Luxury Beach Rentalshad excellent communication. They answered all my questions prior to booking and stayed in contact throughout the stay. The condo was clean and the perfect fit for our family of 4. Easy beach access and located close to all fun things to do in MB. Pools and “grassy” area with lounge chairs and cornhole were great to come home to after a relaxing day on the beach. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Great stay! Garage parking conveniently connected to condo building via crosswalk and elevator. Several Restaurants and attractions within a 15 minute drive. Nice view of ocean when on balcony.

Great condo

My husband and I plus our son, his wife and 3 children stayed at this perfectly situated condo to enjoy both the beach and the town of Myrtle Beach. Kitchen had all amenities needed. Only thing missing was the pull-out couch but our 13 year old grandson didn’t mind just the couch…extra sheets and blanket were provided. We were happy to find beach chair to use as well! I would recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off I am not sure where they got the displayed name but the city we are from is Kenova not Kenove. I have lived here for over 50 years, I know how to spell it. The room was nice. It was smaller than the other condos we have stayed at, small kitchen and bath. Bedrooms were good size, living room as well. It did have a large curved tv in the living room, although there was an issue with a wide dark line from bottom of screen to top of screen. Most of the time it was unnoticeable, but sometimes it was weird looking in some scenes.The condo is ocean view not ocean front like we were told. They did send a link to see the place after we booked, to late, not able to cancel or change. It was ok, sorta. All you could hear was cars from the street as well as people coming and going to the place next door (The Dunes)and people playing in the pool and lazy river. As I said the kitchen was small. All the cabinets were full of pots,pans,bowls and cups. The drawers were full of various utinsels. That left no place to put food items. The refriderator was large, it also had a ice and water despenser in the freezer door which was nice.Parking was a chore. The garage had 6 floors and there were 3 walkways to the condo side, 1st,3rd and 5th floor. So if your place is on any other floor you had to take elevator to 1,3 or 5, cross over and take another elevator to the floor your car is parked on. I would recommend this place with warnings of those issues so they could make an informed decision before bookin.
