Home is located in a great location near all types of shopping (sorry guys) and plenty of restaurants and bars. Family lake home that has upper and lower level parking with limited steps to the dock with an open slip, so bring your boat. Nice Sunroom with great views that look into the Living Room and Kitchen which is great for gatherings. There is also a separate upstairs if people would like to have some quiet time which includes a giant jetted tub in the upstairs bathroom and great views from the upstairs Master Bedroom. Plenty of outside area to enjoy the quiet cove with deep water. This is a great home to enjoy with your family and friends for a long weekend!

Great place in a good location. It’s peaceful and the neighborhood is friendly and safe. Everything you need is there. Swimming, fishing, grilling, sunsets, quiet mornings, comfortable house and fun. Perfect for the family and we would definitely go back.

Absolutely beautiful lake house with all the amenities you could possibly think of! The location was perfect - a quiet cove for floating in the water, but close to all the activities and great eating! Highly recommend and would stay again!

My stay at the ozarks

Location of property is perfect, near many restaurants and stores. Property is well maintained, owners response time is quick and very helpful. Will definitely be staying again in the near future!

Great Family get away weekend. Owner was on it from start to finish, any questions or concerns were answered immediately. Perfect location, close to everything! Neighbors were extremely nice and helpful. We all had a great time and I am already getting emails to plan the next trip. Would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to others. Quiet cozy house for a great week

We stayed there for a few days, 5 people. We enjoyed swimming off the private dock, used the free boat slip, free WiFi, free Netflix/sling tv. Two bathrooms were nice. Three bedrooms (one with bunk beds) fit us all comfortably. The owner was very nice and easy to reach for questions. It was a simple process and was a very nice stay. Would book again. Very close to grocery stores and other lake attractions.

Great Place to Stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament with the family, and this property was absolutely perfect! It’s close to shopping and dining, yet far enough away to feel tranquil and relaxing.The house is clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The dock, patio, and fire pit area are ideal for enjoying the beautiful scenery. But honestly, the only thing better than the location and the home itself is the host—Daniel was incredibly responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.If you’re considering this house, don’t wait—book it now before someone else grabs the perfect spot to enjoy Osage Beach and Lake of the Ozarks. If we return to the area, this will definitely be our go-to!

We had a great stay, family friendly neighbors. upgrades could be useful in upstairs bathroom and a spare key for garbage. Great location for restaurants on the water. Would highly recommend.

Great Place....exactly as advertised.

We were thrilled with the house. It was exactly as described. This house is located in a quiet cove. There are no houses across the cove so we were able to see several deer and other wildlife. We spend most of our time outside and ate most meals on the deck. The kitchen was spacious and we loved having the dishwasher and washer and dryer. (We had 4 kids and 4 adults) Towels were provided but I would recommend bringing your own "beach" towels for the lake. The towels in the house were to nice to take outside (in my opinion). Daniel was quick to answer any questions that we had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great Location

You can't ask for a better location. Close to shopping and restaurants. We were here for a golf outing which was rained out so it was very nice to have a close location to many Bar & Grills. There is a nice sun room with a large table for playing cards. Very nice neighbors as well. We hope to rent this house again in the future.

We both work full time, have three kids and a very hectic schedule. We purchased our lake home for a place to escape our endless "chore-list" and spend time together as a family. The house has been amazing for this! Due to my job, I am on call every 5-6 weeks and will not be able to make it to the lake. Along with this and kids activities we will not be able to enjoy the lake house as much as we would like. During this time, we would like to offer the house for rent.

This is a great location to enjoy all the lake has to offer. Given the home, location, access to the lake, outside space, parking, and ease of access, there is not a better deal on the Lake.

A great home to enjoy the lake. House is perfect for a long weekend getaway with family and friends. The cove is protected and very calm which allows everyone to enjoy the water. There is nothing but trees across the cove from our house.
