The Pioneer valley delight batch

The place had been professionally carpet cleaned and it was raining quite a bit prior to the stay , we live in this house in between bookings and we have no damp issues.

We were dissapointed with these complaints as the property had been vaxed three days prior. Walls were deep cleaned with sugar soap. and there was no mould in the bedroom as l sleep in this room between guests . The bunks were not broken . Unfortunately it had been raining leading up to the stay and carpets may not have dried out The shower has a hand held shower and a rain shower in it . The holder was not broken before they arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and new sheets and duvet inners and covers on the beds. If the cleaner missed a spot she had offered to rectify this but the guests turned this down. They used the pool all afternoon and water levels were checked to ensure the chemicals were right prior to guests arriving. We advise this is a batch not a motel and we are disappointed with the guests attitude and also the children breaking a chair a coffee filter jug and the shower holder itself. I would not want them as guests again . They are way to critical .

There was a glitz in the system. We had no idea it was booked so could not have the property prepared . Gliz fixed and bookings have occured. 😇
