Check-in was a breeze. Suite was comfortable and clean although a bit cluttered. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very easy to communicate with and was very friendly!

Annual family reunion in Radium Hot Springs.

Great location for us to stay in. We didn't want to camp anymore (after 40 years of the Annual family reunion at Redstreak camp ground), so we were able to go up to Redstreak and the hot pool every day to spend time with family, and come back to the VRBO at night for a good night's sleep.

Great hosts

Friends and I booked a ski trip and stayed at this spot, the place was tidy and hosts made us feel very welcome. Left us some chocolates and games, awesome and affordable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Kyeran and a group of 3 other guests stayed at the property over New Years for a ski trip. They left the the place clean and tidy, had great communication throughout the stay, and would love to have them back anytime. Recommended guest for sure!

Had a fantastic stay. Matt was so easy to get in contact with and never had to wait for a reply. The place was better than expected and had everything we needed. So close to many amenities. We will definitely be back. 👍

Radium Fun

We stayed a week and totally enjoyed the place, the pools, eating in, and most of all hiking and swimming in hot pools . Host was always ready at a monents notice ,but yet very private. Would highly recomend again and the orice was awesome for a week stay .

No cell service so I could review instructions. Finally found wifi service to get instructions. Found a neighbor who could help us identify oroperty

Janet, sorry to hear you had trouble finding the property. There are spots with very low cell service… you’re in the mountains. Instructions, directions and wifi info were clearly sent a day before your arrival in the messages section, along with a contact number for myself. I would definitely check those for your next destination of travel, as they include important information from the property owner. Thanks, hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was a crib blocking half the master bed and portable a/c blocking the end of the master bed and the master balcony. There were no towels in the bathrooms or kitchen, debris from previous guests on the kitchen counter, and other discrepancies with the property listing. We contacted the host, were dissatisfied with his responses, and secured other lodging. Vrbo customer service was no help. This was considered a late cancellation by guest and resolution was at the discrepancy of the host. We feel scammed. The host took and kept our money when the property was not as listed, was not ready for our stay, and we did not stay. In fairness, if you are a family traveling with children and want a crib by your bed and toys throughout the unit, then this stay might be a good fit for you.
