Located in a tree lined street, this recently updated beach house accommodates 6 guests and features welcoming indoor and outdoor living options. The open plan living extends to the spacious under cover alfresco dining, and a huge backyard for kids to explore. There is off street parking for 2 cars, plus a boat. Follow the walking track from Surf Parade into the local township for coffee, groceries, bars, and cafes.

The kitchen and living room.

The open plan kitchen, living, and dining is ideal for guests to interact and enjoy relaxing together. The modern kitchen electric cooking, an electric Miele oven, a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, bench seating, and an adjoining 6 seat dining area. Cosy up in the living room with a smart TV, a coonara wood heater, (wood provided) split system AC, and the character of solid timber floors throughout.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.

Three beautifully presented bedrooms, two with a queen bed and ceiling fans, and the third bedroom offering 2 x single beds. Each room has a garden view and is accompanied by a full family size modern bathroom and 2 toilets.

Outside.
Expansive outdoor living and dining, suitable for all seasons. The back yard is great for kids to play while parents relax outdoors after a day at the beach. So close to the beach and all the local attractions in Inverloch. Popular for all ages, the Inverloch Surf Beach extends from the sandy Point Norman on the inlet mouth through to Wreck Creek near Flat Rocks. This beach is patrolled by the Inverloch Surf Lifesaving Club during peak periods. NO Pets.
