short stroll away.

The Space:
This stylish home has both vintage charm and modern elegance in abundance. Be greeted by a meticulously designed and appointed interior that seamlessly marries old-world features with contemporary comforts. The luxurious master bedroom boasts a canopy Queen bed and a generous private ensuite with rain-head shower and separate dressing room.

Unwind in sheer tranquillity in the substantial soaking tub in the second bathroom, and enjoy relaxing views to the cottage garden beyond. This cottage wing of the home boasts two more sizeable bedrooms, and a central dedicated workspace, all bathed in an abundance of natural light streaming through character windows. The workspace is equipped with an HDMI monitor and houses a wide selection of books and puzzles for your enjoyment.

A unique glass corridor adds a touch of architectural brilliance to the home, connecting the classical magic of the cottage to the striking modern wing. A welcoming wood-fire graces the large open living, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet nights in. This wing is also home to the 4th bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, allowing you to whip up delicious meals at your leisure. Bring the family around the substantial dining table for a memorable feast, or enjoy the fun of a board game. Open the wall of bi-fold doors and enjoy a seamless connection to the outdoor deck that adjoins the dining space, perfect for an afternoon drink as you soak up the sun and keep an eye on the chef!

Step into the beautifully landscaped garden to the expansive patio, where a barbecue and family sized outdoor table awaits your culinary adventures amidst the fresh island air. The garden and fully fenced yard provide a serene backdrop for relaxation, and the quiet street with low traffic flow ensures a peaceful escape.

Luxurious hotel quality bed linen and towels are included, so you can focus on creating lasting memories in this gorgeous property. For your convenience, we provide a washing machine and dryer, ensuring that your stay remains as carefree as possible.

You’ll be guaranteed to experience our local wildlife on your twilight or morning wander, with the resident echidna, pairs of majestic Cape Barren geese and native bandicoots all a common sight – please drive carefully. At twilight the sky is filled with silhouettes of an abundance of birds, as they return to roost in the neighbouring wetlands – including giant pelicans, geese, swans and many more.
