Enjoy the bush backdrop and local wildlife right from your back door in this spacious 3-bedroom home. You`ll adore the cosy atmosphere and comforts of this traditional cottage, including an electric fireplace, heating and all linens and towels supplied by your host.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have two separate Airbnb spots on our property—this one and a cozy 1 bedroom cottage named Leura Maples (check it out on my profile). They share a wall and a driveway, but that`s pretty much it. Both places offer total independence for your own space and privacy. Just a heads up: guests at Leura Maples have exclusive driveway access, for guests of Maple House, parking will be on the street to avoid blocking the driveway. Keep in mind, that you might run into the other guests, and we`ve factored this shared setup into our pricing. Welcome to the peaceful residences and hope you enjoy your stay!

Ideal for families or groups of friends, this delightful house comfortably accommodates up to six guests, offering a perfect mountain retreat.

Immerse yourself in the cozy ambience of the lower level`s lounge room, featuring an electric fireplace, central heating, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The entrance area boasts a beautiful leather Chesterfield sofa and an upright piano, while a convenient downstairs bathroom includes a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, three bedrooms await, each equipped with heaters for cooler months, and your host ensures all linen and towels are provided. A comfortable family bathroom with a shower over the bathtub enhances the upstairs space.

For culinary enthusiasts, the fully equipped kitchen beckons with a fridge, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher, allowing for seamless home dining experiences. A spacious dining table for six adds to the comfort. Step onto the generous back deck, adorned with festoon lights and furnished with a large dining table accommodating up to eight guests.

Guest at Maple House have access to the house and front garden. The back garden and driveway is exclusively for the use of our Leura Maples Guests.

Please note: to confirm this booking you will be required to sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. In accordance with our Agreement, a hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
