The Elm Apartments are conveniently located an 11 minute drive from the Orange Regional Airport and 21 minutes from Cadia Mine. Both the Orange Hospital and Bloomfield Private Hospital are within close proximity and provide easy access to the medical specialist rooms with a concrete walking path direct from the unit to the hospitals. Ideal for travelling for sports events, the Sir Jack Brabham Park is 650m from the apartments. For corporate guests, secure the ultimate collaboration space at The Hive (4 mins) for yourself and your colleagues. Coles and Woolworths are also just a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this studio is located in a complex of 9 units - please respect neighbours and be cautious of noise levels. There are approximately 4 stairs to enter the studio.
