• Diese 2-Bett / 2-Bad-Wohnung ist eine professionell eingerichtete Nichtraucher-Einheit. Es bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Geräten aus Edelstahl, einschließlich einer Spülmaschine. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe.
• Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kombinierten Ess- und Wohnbereich mit modernen, modernen Möbeln. Es gibt eine schöne private überdachte Terrasse mit Stühlen und eine Chaiselongue. Diese Terrasse geht zum Pool hinaus.
• Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Marmorplatte, einen 32-Zoll-LED-Fernseher mit Kabel-TV-Service, einen Blu-ray-Player und große Schränke mit einer Kommode.

The home was beautiful and how it's picture in the photos. We love the garden and pool. The location is perfect and walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, and more. I will definitely stay here again when I visit.

Peaceful, convenient and a great location

Nicole was super helpful and communicative, and her apartment is spacious and lovely. It's right across from the Hastings boardwalk and there's a great little shopping centre on the next block. Would stay there again. It was great.

Lovely first stay in Barbados

The condo was located on the ground floor at Margate Gardens with a small terrace close to the swimming pool. A lovely small, friendly and well looked after complex. The condo was spacious and well equipped although we only used some of the available facilities. The air conditioning worked well in each room which was great. A very good location with easy access to local bars and restaurants, transport and shops. Nicole was very helpful and checked. to make sure all was well. We would happily return.

Home Away from Home

The overall property was great the condo however could do with a bit of detailed cleaning my partner found a hair in the water filter and something on the bathroom door. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy to follow. the security at this location was also great and the owner allowed me to invite my family over for dinner and we truly enjoyed our first Christmas in 18 years in Barbados.

This rental was better than expected! The apartment was spacious and clean and the outdoor patio area was an added bonus. The grounds are very well kept and the pool was welcoming. The area had everything you would need and being right accross from the beach was perfect. We were a bit loud one night, (we were there with many other Canadians in the area for a wedding) very sorry about that Nicole :)!!!

First the positives, Super nice apartment and perfect location. When we arrived we met an older gentleman who showed us directly where the apartment was, a few days later he came and invited us to the area's Christmas party with food, drinks and live music, it was really nice. Then to the more negatives. The first evening just before 8pm when we were going to swim in the pool with some relatives and friends with younger children who were also renting an apartment in the area, a lady came and scolded us for being too loud at the pool and disturbing her. But it says that the pool is open 24/7. Then all of a sudden a message came from the landlord that we had to make sure that the blankets on the sofa had to cover the entire sofa. Then another message came that the children were not allowed to play with the animals in the garden, and they didn't play with them but just looked at them. A caretaker even came and showed one in his hand. You actually felt a bit watched and couldn't really relax. We were only adults staying in the apartment but the relatives with younger children were with us a lot because we lived on the ground floor. So I can't recommend that a family with children rent this apartment even though there is no age limit on children.

Nicole was awesome! Very simple check in including an in person greeting soon our arrival. She was available in a timely matter when we needed to communicate with her. The location of her place is more than ideal. There are so many incredible restaurants within walking distance. The beach is across the street, for a perfect sunset view every night. Location is perfectly situated on the main road between historic Bridgetown and the lively areas of Oistins and St. Lawrence Gap.The pool is conveniently located 10 steps away from the units patio. The air conditioning was highly effective when we needed some relief from that Barbados heat. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and was equipped with all the necessities that we required. Thank you Nicole for an amazing stay!

second time back to this property only solidified my love for the island and great accommodations!

Nicole is seriously one of the easiest people to work with when books her place, she's on top of it never leaving you hanging and super quick to respond! He property is alway left in mint condition, and that says a lot what with how busy she is with back to back guests. You will never think "oh I wish I had..." because it's already there! And the little mini mart is close by to stock your fridge with banks beers and some wine, as well as some eggs and milk. You won't, can't go wrong choosing his property, I just hope you're lucky enough to reserve it in time!

We had a wonderful stay in Barbados, great weather friendly people. Our accommodation was home from home! well equipped , very spacious with air conditioning. Nicole is a great host communicates well, check in process simple and straight forward, ensure that you either print, screen shot the instructions or turn your data no there is no wifi access outside the unit. The pool is wonderful and quiet most of the time no fighting for sun loungers! excellent patio area for alfresco dining. And the dreaded task of laundry on return home was not a worry with access to a washer/dryer in the unit . The vibrant area has a beach across the road and glorious Carlisle bay close by, all areas can be accessed via a good bus route. However if you want to explore the island at your convenience it is worth hiring a car. There is a local store for groceries to manage the budget a quick trip to Oistins 15 minutes away you will find a supermarket with much better prices. Places to visit , animal flower cave swimming in the cave was magical, Harrisons cave is a must. The food wonderful flavours of the Caribbean, many eateries near by and Oistins fish fry on a Friday evening is a must! delicious aromas of Caribbean food Pats is the favourite large queue so get there early, music just lovely vibes! We also visited Oistins fish market on a Monday and Pats was open therefore purchased more food for the day beautiful sword fish grilled there and then. We will definitely be back.

Einrichtung sehr abgenutzt und immer etwas kaput.

Die Lage, Garten und Pool waren sehr schön, der Einrichtung des Wohnung leider sehr abgenutzt und von modern könnte keine rede sein. Viele Schranktüren in Küche haben nur mit Mühe noch gehalten. Zu erst hat keine von den zwei Fernsehe funktioniert, erst nach 4 Tage und fast keine Programme vorhanden. Die weise Bezüge an Liege und Sitzen waren sehr schmuddelig. Die Kochtöpfe müssen wir zu erst gründlich waschen. Der Trockner ist nach 6 Tage kaputt gegangen.

Fantastic apartment

This is a great apartment, very spacious, lovely pool area and grounds. It is an ideal location just across the road from the beach and walking distance to Rockley beach. It is close to a supermarket, bakery and bars and restaurants. The communication with Nicole was excellent and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to be returning soon.

Fantastic spot and space!

The condo has a great open layout. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage and the kitchen is well equipped. The condo is on the ground level so going from inside to the beautiful gardens and pool is steps away. Can't beat this location with the beach across the street and having the boardwalk close for those strolls/exercise is also a perk. Lots of food options and easy transportation. I've been travelling to Barbados for 15 years and I'd definitely stay here again.

Just like the pictures

We just spent 9 wonderful nights in Nicole's beautiful condo. The condo looks just the pictures. The beds were comfy and the place had plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. The location of the place is ideal. It was perfect for catching the bus for our island adventures or crossing the street to enjoy the beach. We used the pool almost every night and we always seemed to have it all to ourselves. The gardens surrounding the condo are gorgeous. You have plenty of restaurants next door to chose from. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole. Her condo made our trip memorable. We can't wait to return.

Fabulous location, fabulous accommodation and great host!

We travelled as a group of 4 ladies, two mums with two daughters, with one of our party having been to Barbados numerous times in hotel accommodation, but Nicole’s condo in Margate Gardens was far and away the best holiday rental for our group. Prior to arrival Nicole’s communications were efficient and speedy, check in was straightforward and we arrived to our home away from home. The photos are a true likeness to the apartment and it is stylish, well furnished and very comfortable. The Master bedroom, second bedroom and living space are all air conditioned, which was very welcome with the gorgeous weather we had. The condo is ground floor with a pleasant terrace with lovely outdoor furniture and seconds away from the communal pool. This too was perfect with the pool and grounds immaculately tended to and whilst there were other residents utilising the area it was never too busy or too noisy. Nicole has thought of everything in the property - Wifi, cable TV (although we did not use it!), landline phone, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen was more than fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven and hob, with every last piece of crockery (and plenty of it), cutlery and utensil you could ever possibly need. There is a safe for valuables, and our only issue was not being able to operate it when we arrived. Nicole made a courtesy call to us on our first morning and within hours the safe was fixed – brilliant service. Linens and beds were hugely comfortable and beach towels, beach chairs, toys games, snorkel gear are all available in the condo for your use. We spent some evenings with our own eats and drinks on the terrace or in the indoor dining area, however the positioning of the apartment is perfect – across the road from the Boardwalk/beach and immediately next door to Lanterns Mall (supermarket to be found here for provisions) and only a short stroll from Champers and Tikki Bar. We fully utilised the ZR transportation that ran up and down the road to go to St Lawrence Gap, Oistins and in the opposite direction to Pebbles Beach, Bridgetown and further on up the West Coast. Nicole was a superb host, and is on hand for any issues that you may have but otherwise not intrusive and simply allowing you to enjoy her wonderful property. We loved it so much that we’re planning our return to Margate Gardens next year!

Beautiful Condo, great host!

I can't say enough good things about Nicole and the condo. Everything was just as pictured. Nicole came over on the first evening to see how everything was going and if we needed anything she lived on the property. We did have an internet issue but she had someone come over and fix it immediately (he came over at 8pm)! Lots of dining options are in walking distance and the beach is right across the street. Our stay was everything we hoped for and we would definitely stay on the property and recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Finally a rental I would like to stay in......Lots of care and thought was put into decorating the unit - it is cohesive, relaxing and comfortable. No old mis-matched furniture here!
