The space
This cozy 3+2 bedroom is situated on a very private 1-acre property, backing onto a forest. Lots of clear outdoor space surrounding the house, with a lounging area around a stone fire pit. Propane BBQ on the porch. The sandy beach on a local lake is located a safe 2-min walk along a cul-de-sac road. There are kayak/canoe launch and rental points along Riviere Rouge as close as 2km away. Lots of hiking and biking paths in the area. Skiing at Mont-Tremblant is a 15min drive to the South Base. Lots of dining options in nearby villages of Mont-Tremblant and Saint Jovite, as well as the Mont-Tremblant Resort. Several large grocery stores, as well as pharmacies, etc. can be found at 10 min drive in Saint Jovite.

2- 1 queen bed (main level)
3- 3 single beds. (lower level)
(1 more single bed in family room on lower level)

Open space on the upper level can be used as office space.

There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each level. Two are with showers, and one with bath tub.
