We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. Please keep them leashed in common areas and clean up after them to ensure a paw-sitive experience for all.

Pet fees:
*There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night +tax. The Pet fee is not automatically included in the total. It's added after the booking is confirmed.
*A separate pet waiver must be signed.
*Please check details about the unit you are renting on number of pets allowed and size.
*Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.
