After receiving your feedback we inspected the home and had our housekeeping and maintenance teams start addressing your concerns: burned-out bulbs were replaced and the dining room light repaired, dish towels were restocked, body soap was replenished, and the thermostat battery was replaced. They tested the telescope and confirmed it is working and they have new drawer slides ordered for the kitchen. Thank you for noting that the kitchen, hot water, and linens met your needs and for recognizing the maintenance technician’s efforts. I'm happy he was able to assist while you were here. I’m very sorry the house fell short in cleanliness, safety, and upkeep. We will speak to the homeowners about clearing the closets and garage, and replacing the window screens, blinds, bedspreads and ping pong table. The maintenance team did install the new BBQ, will remove the patio chairs, and they remedied the internet issues. The housekeeping team will arrange for a carpet cleaning, as well.
