Check out our video tour! Note as of Nov 2024: we have a new pool deck, and our swimming pool is newly replastered, so you can enjoy a fresh surface and swim experience. Experience an unmatched stay in the Florida Keys at Sanctuary Villa 7219 on Duck Key. Behind the gates of the sanctuary, rows of townhouses are nestled into a grove of tropical flora that provides for a secluded and truly paradisal atmosphere. Spend your leisure poolside with your beverage of choice or take a stroll through the manicured grounds of our Duck Key community. With three spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining area, and living space with ample room for lounging about, this 1,800 sq. ft. home is large enough to comfortably accommodate groups of extended family and/or friends (up to 10). It's understandable that you may not want to leave at any time during your stay. Fortunately, there are an abundance of activities to choose from right here onsite at Duck Key including boat rentals, paddle boarding, kayaking, sandbar excursions, fishing charters, and more.




Please note that slip space is not included. Grassy Key Marina is located just 2.2 miles from Duck Key for launching your boat, trailer parking, wet slips, fishing pole rentals, and live or frozen bait. Additional costs apply.




Although our rental homes are located at Hawks Cay, the Village at Hawks Cay Villas & Duck Key Condos by KeysCaribbean are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Our guests do not have access to hotel-owned amenities. Duck Key amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, Calm Waters Spa and Fitness Center (available to spa patrons), Dolphin Connection, tennis, private cruises, fishing charters, and boat rentals. There are a variety of water sports equipment rentals and charters available at Solé Watersports which operates out of Hawks Cay Marina. Their activities include kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunset cruises, and day-trips to local sand bars.

Great location as a base for 3 couples to explore the Keys. 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms. The property is showing some age and could use some updating. The floors needed some extra cleaning attention to be able to walk around barefoot so as not to get feet or socks dirty. The kitchen utensils are in sever need of replacement. Could use some more dishes, glasses and silverware to accommodate the larger groups of guests. What there is of the pots and pans are garbage - worn out and trying to utilize on an electric range is difficult at best. If you don't plan on cooking / eating at the property, then that obviously wouldn't be an issue. Everything else was functional and adequate. The pool was very refreshing at the end of the days after exploring. Property manager had a nice welcome bag and plenty of local suggestions.

Nice place with some tiny problems

Overall the accommodations were very nice and in a great neighborhood. Everything was clean. The small problems included: The scantiest collection of kitchenware we've ever experienced. No closet in the master. Most of the pool furniture has been repaired and some was broken/unusable.

Wonderful Location, Communication, and Pool!

This house was wonderful. Small issues were resolved by property manager immediately. Communication was easy and pleasant. Duck Key is about 15 minutes from Marathon, my favorite island in the Keys. The teenagers loved the heated pool. The two upstairs bedrooms were great, with two bathrooms upstairs. The bedroom on the main floor was lacking a closet. My elderly parents weren't able to go up the stairs so were stuck with the main floor bedroom. The only bathroom on the main floor was small, and did not accomodate my Mother's need for hair dryer/curling iron in front of a mirror. If my parents would have been able to go upstairs to the master bedroom, everything would have been 100% perfect!

Property Manager was made aware of the unclean pool with extrene amount of dirt on of dirt on the bottom of the pool with only net to clean the pool. We averaged three days of our four day stay spending 1 1/2 hours a day manually cleaning the pool. Saturday our last day was the filthiest and took longer to clean. It was not disclosed we would have to clean the pool and without a pool vacum. We would not have rented this proprty had we known this. Most disappointing was our last day was the filthiest and no service provided for theclanliness of the pool. Property Manager / owner had their moneyand we guess that there was no need to clean it despite our informing them of the terrible condition. Would only recommend staying at this property if you bring a pool vacuum of your own and don't mind paying the price to and cleaning the pool yourself. Very disappointed and not pleased. Grrrrr

The Floors were dirty. The freezer and refrig did not get cold enough. Not enough paper towels or toilet paper. No closet space. Not enough dishes or glasses for 8 people even though the unit sleeps 10. Need mirror in downstairs bedroom. Not enough bath towels. Pool area was very nice.
