The space
As you step inside, a modern and tastefully furnished interior unfolds, radiating modern charm, calm and tranquility. The open-plan design effortlessly connects the living and outdoor dining area, creating an ideal space for a meal and spending quality moments with your family and friends. The cozy courtyard offers a private enclave where you can soak up the sun's rays or fire up the barbecue for a delightful outdoor dining experience.

Continued on the ground level you'll discover the main bathroom with bath and double vanity, as well as the ensuite in the master bedroom. All 3 bedrooms are set up with comfy beds for a good night's rest. There is also a laundry with full washing and drying facilities for longer stays.

Upstairs you'll find the second lounge room, the perfect spot for cozy movie days or engaging discussions that stretch into the night. Adjacent to this space, the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy cooking meals during your stay. The dining area, an extension of this space, offers a comfortable setting for savoring your culinary creations together. The powder room is also located upstairs for added convenience.

Other things to note
The cleaning fee is included to cover guest check-in preparation and check-out to ensure high standard of cleanliness for your stay.

Linen and towel supply during your stay is an additional $25.00 per bed, this includes linen for each bed and linen for up to 2 guests. Upon booking confirmation we will ask if you wish to have linen and towels included during your stay.

Upon booking, your host will be in contact and arrange a guest agreement, ID verification and hold of credit card details on file which is then deleted after your stay.
