The space
Air-conditioned throughout with additional heating both upstairs and downstairs, this two-story residence offers comfort and luxury. Upstairs, discover 4 bedrooms, 3 of which boast stunning lake views. The master bedroom features an en-suite with a large shower and captivating lake vistas. Conveniently located on this level is also the main bathroom. The fourth bedroom and sunroom/study area overlook the inviting resort-style pool, with the sunroom spilling out onto a balcony offering delightful pool views and a cooling breeze from its open-plan design.

The downstairs layout comprises open-plan living spaces including a modern kitchen, separate dining, a media area, and a spacious lounge room complemented by a slow combustion fire for cozy winter nights. Entertainment options abound with a 75” smart TV, DVD player, and Foxtel in the media area, ideal for gaming and streaming. An exceptionally equipped kitchen awaits, featuring filtered water on tap, an array of appliances including an electric frying pan, sandwich maker, wok, rice maker, NutriBullet, Nespresso coffee machine, and an ice maker.

Step outside to find a haven of relaxation with a large in-ground swimming pool and spa offering complete privacy, accompanied by a covered cabana and an outdoor shower. The north-facing pool area is a special space for the whole family to gather, relax, swim, and play under supervision.
