4 Scenic Court Mallacoota

Arguably one of the best views in town, this luxury property offers the absolute perfect place for couples or small families to plan that much needed coastal escape. Located roughly 5km from Mallacoota town center, which is an easy 5 minute drive or a pleasant half hour walk along the timber board walk that surrounds the lake.

4 Scenic Court has two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds, luxury linen and towels supplied.
A spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen plus laundry with washing machine and dryer all conveniently on one level. High speed internet allows you to 'work from home' and also enjoy relaxed movie afternoons or evenings.
The expansive deck the perfect for outdoor dining, or unwinding after a big day spent exploring the national park, lake, beaches or local area.


Well behaved dogs are welcome and allowed inside when supervised, but not on the furniture or beds.
The fence is secured, please bring blankets, toys and a water bowl. Please make a request with our office if you wish to bring your dog.

If you require a jetty berth for the duration of your stay, please enquire when booking.

Why do we allow dogs?
We love to go on holiday and take our fur baby, however we also like to stay in a beautiful, clean home. This is something difficult because when a home is advertised as dog friendly, it often is basic and, in our experience, not very clean.
We would love for others to enjoy a memorable holiday with their fur babies.

Please note:
Bring a bed and bedding, some toys and bowls.
There are many kangaroos in Mallacoota so please make sure to keep your dog on a lead when walking.
Please make sure your dog is tick protected.
Please ensure garden is left clean before leaving.
There are many places for the babies to swim so please ensure you have some towels in the car.
Our next guests may not have dogs, so please leave the house respectfully as you found it.
Additional fee of $100 is charged for a dog visit.
