The Loft is everything you want for a luxury time away walking distance to beach

The Loft at Beachport is a brand new, Hampton style luxury accommodation. It is within a short walk to the back beach, and an easy walking distance to the Main Street, shops, cafe, hotel and Rivoli Bay and jetty.
It has provision to sleep six people comfortably, with two bedrooms downstairs, both with full ensuites, and another queen bed upstairs in the loft. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances. A huge deck is the perfect spot for relaxing with a private vista.

Guest access
On confirmation of booking, you will receive a welcome letter which has all contact details as well as a digital code in order to unlock the Smart Lock front door.
The entire property is at your availability including rear yard, however please be mindful that the driveway entrance to the Loft's property, is shared and at no time should vehicles park prior to the property's front fence.
Other things to note
On arrival, you will be greeted with a local bottle of wine (red or white) of choice and savory snacks.
Two security cameras are in operation only covering the front door and driveway.
Please bear in mind that The Loft is located in a quiet residential part of Beachport and surrounding residents should be able to enjoy their seclusion and privacy.

The Loft has been designed to cater for both a couple's romantic weekend retreat as well as a shared holiday with friends or family. It's open plan kitchen, dining and living areas takes full benefit of the wall of sliding glass doors, opening out onto a huge deck living space.
The kitchen is well appointed and includes a coffee station with latest Nespresso Vertuo pod coffee machine and selection of pods to suit your taste, a range of T2 teas, dishwasher, Phillips top of the range air fryer and french door LG refrigerator with water and ice making facility. Basic pantry items, such as salt/pepper, oil, instant coffee/Twinings tea and more are provided.
The living room has a wall mounted smart TV, which can be viewed inside or rotated to be watched from outdoors, on the deck. An electric realistic looking log fire provides a cosy ambience on chilly nights. Due to the 6 star energy rating, the Loft maintains a comfortable temperature. If required the air conditioner takes care of overall climate control regardless of season.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with full ensuite including a spacious bath, heated towel rail, 10x magnified make up mirror and hair dryer. The secondary bedroom, with a queen size bed, also has access to a full ensuite. Both bedrooms have direct access via glass sliding doors onto the expansive deck. Another queen bed is located up the stairs in the loft. The laundry is fully equipped with front loading washing machine, separate dryer, Iron and ironing board, and Dyson V7 stick vacuum. There is comfortable seating and BBQ are on the deck, where you can relax listening to the waves crash on the back beach
