Pine floors, pine board walls, and a screened porch that wraps around three sides of the home are just a few of the architectural highlights included in this home. Enjoy great outdoor living spaces on the screened porch, two oceanfront sundecks and the beach is just a few steps away. The living area has magnificent views and lots of natural light. French doors open to the screened porch. The dining area has a wet bar, and a table that seats 10 comfortably. Additional seating allows for 2 at the breakfast bar, 4 at the game table, and 2 patio dining tables on the screened porch. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and a prep area with sink. All 6 bedrooms are upstairs and all rooms have high vaulted and cathedral ceilings that give a modern feel to the classic beach cottage bedrooms with dormer windows. The master suite is oceanfront and has a view of the ocean. This bedroom has two separate bathrooms. One has a shower, and the other one has a tub. Five more bedrooms are on this floor. Four of the other bedrooms have a private vanity with sink in the bedroom. Two bedrooms on the right side of the hallway have a connecting bathroom, and two bedrooms on the left side have a connecting bathroom. The 6th bedroom has a sitting area with TV and 2 twin beds. This home has a walkway to beach is shared with house next door. There is covered parking underneath the home, an enclosed outdoor shower, and there is an elevator that services all floors. Guests can enjoy the Inlet Point South & Peninsula amenities - community pool and the boat ramp.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
