Recent Updates: Casey's Place has received several recent updates including: New furnishings in the great room, conversation area, dining room, new hardwood floors and carpeting throughout, new poly wood deck and poolside furnishings, new resort-style pool loungers, new 7-person hot tub, new full-size arcade console (with 60 games), new bedding and décor, new electronics including 10 new smart TV's ranging from 43”- 85” (streaming Hulu and Netflix on all TV's), surround sound systems for great room and recreation room, new gas cooktop, double ovens, two dishwashers, French door refrigerator, and under-counter wine/beverage cooler. There is also a new refrigerator in the game room and the 4th level Ocean Watch Lounge has all new furnishings and décor.

Ground Level: Of course, dreamy beach days, fishing excursions, and island explorations will be on the itinerary, but so should days spent at the outdoor recreation area featuring a 15' x 30' private pool and lavish 7-person hot tub. It's the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and let your cares wash away. Two gas grills will certainly inspire some fantastic evening BBQs with family and friends, making this an outdoor entertainer's paradise. The ground level also features ample parking, a carport with direct access to the elevator, a 6 ft. privacy fence, enclosed double outdoor showers, and direct access to the beach.

First Level: Just inside, there is a wet bar/kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator in the recreation area that will delight all ages. There's a billiards table, a shuffleboard table, and an arcade-style game console featuring 60 games for those competitors in the group. Additionally, there is a media area with a large sectional and 85-inch Smart TV with surround sound which is perfect for movie nights and entertaining the kids. There's also a laundry area and half-bath on this level. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
