Luxury - The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxurious spa bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Take advantage of the self-contained kitchen, spacious open plan living and laundry facilities. Enjoy the modern and stylish interior and relax in the comfortable lounges with the ambient gas fireplace.



Layout - The house is a double story building. As you enter, the garage and laundry facilities are to your left. Walk through to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area that spills out to an outdoor seating area to take in the expansive views. There is a dedicated workspace and powder room on this level.



Walk downstairs to the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional TV/hang out area.
