In the summer, take the shuttle to the Northstar Golf Course and Village, or enjoy a 20-minute walk/hike to the Village. Additionally, access to the Tompkins Memorial Trail for hiking around Northstar and the Martis Valley is readily available via trailheads right down the street in either direction.


As a guest, you also have exclusive access to the Northstar Property Owners Association Recreation Center*, including Jacuzzis, Sauna, Gym, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, Kids' Splash Pad, Arcade Room, and a spacious lounge area, thoughtfully set up for work or relaxation.

* Maximum Nighttime Occupancy of 10 guests and Maximum Daytime Occupancy of 15 guests, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age

* Pets are NOT allowed in this home and violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum fine of $1,000

* NO Smoking in or outside of home and violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum fine of $1,000
