Next to the outdoor kitchen, you'll find our exclusive patio/deck area. This space serves as an inviting social hub, perfect for relaxing, interacting with fellow travelers, or simply enjoying the stunning views. We've designed this area with our guests in mind, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment where you can share memorable moments.

Just a few steps away, you'll find the beach. Although it's technically a public space, the stretch in front of our property is less frequented, making it feel more private and intimate. The soft sands and calm, shallow waters create a safe and inviting space for guests of all ages to enjoy. Whether you're hoping to swim, sunbathe, or simply listen to the waves, we're sure you'll find the beach to be a highlight of your stay.

Discover our inviting studio, complete with a king-sized bed, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. This comfortable space comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water heater, kettle, iron, and coffee maker. A toaster is available upon request.

While our Ocean Villa is conveniently located, having a car at your disposal opens up a wealth of opportunities to explore more of what Guam has to offer beyond the typical charter tour groups.

Driving in Guam is generally simple, with well-marked roads and easy-to-follow directions. With a rental car, you'll have the freedom to visit hidden gems, dine at local favorites, and reach destinations quicker, which allows you to make the most of your valuable vacation time.

We suggest arranging a car rental directly from Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport upon your arrival. This allows you to immediately begin exploring and enjoying your trip, and makes the return process straightforward, as you can simply drop off the rental car at the airport prior to your departure.

1, As a legally licensed short-term rental property, Ocean Villa is subject to an 11% local tax, in accordance with Guam's laws and regulations.

2, Please note that we are not a full-service hotel. Bedding and towels will be deep-cleaned before your stay, but not during. If you require a change of bedding and towels, a cleaning fee will be charged for each instance.

3, For your convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is available on the property, located to the side of the 2nd building on your right when entering Ocean Villa.

4, We maintain regular pest control services to ensure a bug-free environment throughout the property. However, please be aware that, as a beachfront property, ants may occasionally be present. If you encounter any issues, kindly contact us immediately so we can arrange for additional pest control follow-up.
