The property is located right in the heart of Enmore, above a commercial shop lot. Enter at the back where a giant Bruce Lee mural welcomes you – a nod to the area's burgeoning arts scene. Up the staircase, you'll come to a cheerful yellow door, the entrance to your city sanctuary.

A hallway takes you past the bright and modern bathroom, which includes a washing machine and dryer. Just a little further along, you’ll discover a classic kitchen and dining area that’s perfect for whipping up delicious meals at home. It's recently renovated and fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with pots, pans, crockery, and utensils—all you need to unleash your culinary creativity.

The end of the hallway opens out into a thoughtfully furnished, gallery living space, featuring ample sofa seating to kick back on and watch TV or read from a range of books available. A small flight of stairs leads to two bedrooms, where the air-conditioned main bedroom features a king-sized bed and a work desk, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and TV.

Enmore Road is a hive of activity and you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining and entertainment options. Take in the colourful street art, explore vintage shops, and wander to one of the area's green spaces to sit and sip your coffee while you watch the passersby.

Enmore Theatre is only a few minutes' walk, and if you have a sweet tooth, family-run gelateria Cow and The Moon across the road is a must-visit. Neighbouring Newtown also has plenty to offer when it comes to dining and shopping, with Newtown train station just a 10-minute walk.

For groceries and general supplies, there is an IGA supermarket outside, or Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre is conveniently located within 15 minutes' walk from the apartment. Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA) is a five-minute drive.
