- Check-out is 10:00 am.

- Late check-out can be requested.



AMENITIES

- A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24 hours before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

Before your stay, all guests are required to complete a quick identity verification through our secure external verification system, Safeguest.

- Guests will be required to upload a photo of a valid physical ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport, through Safeguest.

- Guests will also be asked to take a photo of their face as part of the identity verification process.

Digital IDs are not accepted; only physical identification documents are valid.

- A $250 AUD refundable damage deposit is required prior to your stay and is processed securely through Safeguest.

The damage deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no reported damages or other applicable charges.

PARKING

A secure parking bay may be available for $15.00 AUD per night, subject to availability.

If you require parking during your stay, please let us know at the time of booking so we can check availability and reserve a bay for you.

Please note that the maximum vehicle clearance is 2 metres.
