Rate is for 8 guests maximum. No couch surfers please.

House trained and well behaved pets allowed by prior arrangement ($25 per pet, max 2 pets). No heavy shedding breeds. Yard isn't fully fenced so won't suit all pets.

No parties, schoolies groups, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.

Fire pits are subject to CFA enforced restrictions, and are not allowed in fire danger period and total fire ban days.

*Tax applied to the booking is the Victorian state government’s new Short Stay Levy, charged on Holiday Rental properties.

Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
