Situated at the back of a boutique complex of just two homes, this recently renovated stay offers a peaceful space to unwind and entertain.

Guests are welcomed by an airy, open-plan living and dining area complete with a sofa, chaise and TV for relaxed afternoons at home, with split system air-conditioning ensuring year-round comfort. Tucked behind the sofa, a dedicated workspace next to the window offers a light-filled office zone for work or study.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything that’s needed to cook up a feast, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up, while an eight-seater table provides plenty of space to share meals. You can also head out to your private, Balinese-style patio, comfortably furnished with a dining bench, outdoor sofa and armchairs, to make use of the BBQ and enjoy dinner alfresco amongst the tropical gardens.

Two beautifully appointed bedrooms sleep four guests, with both rooms featuring queen-size beds, built-in robes and ceiling fans. The bathroom offers a tranquil, contemporary feel, with an overhead shower and a luxurious freestanding bathtub as well as complimentary toiletries.

East Corrimal Beach is less than 15 minutes’ walk from Thalassa Escape, offering a picnic area with BBQ facilities, a kiosk and public amenities, and a park and playground nearby. Corrimal Village Shopping Centre is a five-minute drive, where you’ll find a wide variety of dining and retail options plus all the essentials.

Wollongong is a 10-minute drive, where you can take a scenic walk along the harbour to the lighthouse or visit Wollongong Art Gallery and Wollongong Botanic Garden.
