Downstairs features a spacious open plan; with a full culinary kitchen, dining and living area, with a separate laundry, toilet and master bedroom and ensuite. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms; 1 with a queen bed, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, and a main bathroom (complete with shower and bath) overlooking the trees.

Timber french doors connect the living room to the tranquil outside oasis of the wrapped deck. This north facing yard contains a BBQ, outdoor lights and a dining area nestled under the trees. You will have full access to the whole property, which is securely off-road with an electric gate for privacy.

The property has space for 2 vehicles to be parked securely, alternatively there is free parking on the street.
