Nutzen Sie die kürzlich renovierte, perfekte Luxus-Hotelalternative, die wir Garden Studio nennen. Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt von Keflavik, im geheimen Garten von Little White Castle, der den Einheimischen gut bekannt ist. Es bietet Platz für zwei Personen (ein Etagenbett und / oder ein Kinderbett für eine dritte Person). Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Museen, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte befinden sich in Gehweite.

Entworfen in einem rustikalen Stil, wurde es mit erstklassigen Materialien für Komfort und wiedergewonnenen Materialien für Dekoration, Schweiß und viel Liebe wieder aufgebaut. “ Das Apartment verfügt über eine kombinierte Küche, einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich mit einem Schreibtisch, ein eigenes Bad mit einer Dusche sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem besonders langen Queensize-Bett und einem 50-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV.

Das Garden Studio verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit einem Kamin, einem Grill und einem Sitzbereich. Gerne können Sie auch andere Einrichtungen im Secret Garden mitbenutzen. Der Hauptpatio von Little White Castle ist mit einem Wasserfall, einem Whirlpool, einem Kamin, einem großen Esstisch und einem Loungebereich ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkplätze, kostenlose Fahrräder und kostenfreies WLAN stehen allen Gästen zur Verfügung.

Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten Islands sowie die Stadt Reykjavik sind bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Absolutely Spectacular!

This was the cutest place to stay! Everything was so wonderful and everything we needed was available. The location is great and right by restaurants and shops. Cozy studio near airport

Clean and comfortable with clever/artsy decor. We had what we needed for a comfortable stay our last night in Iceland. Just a few minutes drive to KEF and easy walk to grocery store and restaurants/bars. Host was responsive and communication easy. Thank you for a nice stay!

Stayed here on our last day in Iceland before our flight home and it was perfect. We’ve been “living” out of a camper van the past week so it was nice having a relaxing place to stay in. The owners were nice enough to let us in a little earlier and gave us good dining recommendations as well as have a taxi ready for us the morning of our flight. Overall 5/5.

Amazing Host!

We were a group of 5 friends travelling Iceland, we spent our first two nights at the Little White Castle in Reykjanesbar. Katrin was the most accommodating host we have ever had while travelling! Upon our arrival she had picked up some fresh bread and prepared an Icelandic Breakfast! Furthermore, throughout our stay she assisted us with navigating Iceland, planning activities, and recommending places to eat! We hope to come back and explore again soon! Fairytale paradise :)

The little White Castle is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are all full of wonderful things, from the beautiful glassware in the lounge to the disco ball in the bathroom. The garden was the perfect, snowy play area for the kids (and adults!). Katrin showed us where the local shops and restaurants were and lent us her sat nav. She couldn't have done more to help and was a truly lovely host. I would highly recommend a visit to the little White Castle to make your trip to Iceland truly magical. I'm sure we will be back!

Wonderful!

When we arrived Katren greeted us warmly. We loved the warm touches in our cozy room. She gave us tips and directions for restaurants.I especially loved the hot tub after an all day tour. There's plenty of shops nearby. She treated us like family. We needed to find a laundromat,she offered to do the laundry for us wich was very kind. There's more I would like to see of Iceland, I hope to return and stay there again.I highly recommend.

Booking Problem, Ended Up at Different Property Owned by Host

We did not end up staying in the Garden Studio, as there were other guests there upon our arrival for check-in. We hadn't contacted the host prior to arrival, as a couple days before check-in, we recieved excellent, detailed instructions for how to access the unit on our date of arrival. The host came out to meet us as we were trying to figure out what to do next, after there was no key in the lockbox we accessed, per the check-in instructions. The host had left a voicemail and sent a message via VRBO the day of check-in, however, I didn't have an international phone plan so did not have access to check these messages before our arrival (was using wifi to check in and coordinate lodging throughout the trip). Although we had confirmation of our booking, had paid, and recieved the check-in information, she cited a system error that must have allowed a double-booking that she hadn't caught prior to that day. She took us across the street to another property. Since it was already late and we had an early flight, we went with it and figured it would suffice. While trying to get situated, we realized there was no power to half the unit (bathroom and bedroom) and that the WiFi wasn't working. We also were not able to lock the door, so had to leave it open for the night (this was likely operator error, but didn't feel great staying in an unlocked place and would have appreciated instructions for how to use the lock, either left in the unit or demonstrated when we arrived). We messaged the owner (granted, it was late by this time) and did not receive a message back until the following day, when we were already back home. This message said there was a noticeable fuse box in the unit we should have seen and tried. It doesn't seem unreasonable to us that there would be working electricity upon check-in. In the unit we ended up in, we did not see usable amenities such as a hot tub that were part of the original listing. Based on our experience, we would find a different place to stay next time in Keflavik. The host was friendly, but this was a stressful way to end our trip in Iceland and frustrating to have paid for one thing and then recieved another, which didn't meet the needs of what we were looking for. Katrin seems like a good host, so if this looks like it may suit your needs, it could be an option to consider. But, we'd encourage explicit communication prior to arrival to know what you're getting and hopefully avoid the experience we had.

We had such an amazing time!

We had such an amazing time at this rental property, the unit was cozy and had everything we needed. The location was great, only a few minutes walk from the nearest bus top (we took a bus from Reykjavik), a grocery store(Bonus), the harbour and the strip where there are restaurants and bars. Our host was phenomenal and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. She and her hubby are awesome and we had a good time learning about her decor and the stories behind them.
