Our beautiful cottage is located just moments to Moss Vale village (2-minute drive or 15-minute walk) and a short drive to some of the most popular local wedding venues including Briars, Peppers Manor House, Bendooley Estate, Montrose House, Somerley House and Southern Highlands Winery - Antler & Oak is the perfect base for your next destination wedding whether it be for the bridal party or your special guests.

You have exclusive use of the property during your stay with the ability to sleep up to six guests in absolute comfort. The property features air-conditioning (split systems, not ducted) and complimentary WiFi.

Guests of Antler & Oak Cottage will enjoy a MasterChef-inspired kitchen with gas cooktop, 90cm electric oven, oversized refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods.

For those chilly winter days and evenings, you'll adore the comfort and crackling of the wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy it with a glass of wine in hand for that essential NSW Southern Highlands experience.

Each bedroom will indulge with its individual, yet luxurious modern provincial styling; the master suite features a King-sized bed and ample storage. If chandeliers are your thing, the main bathroom won’t disappoint with large walk-in shower, designer artwork, soaking tub and a gorgeous chandelier overhead - all you need to do is bring the bubble bath and champagne!

In the main living space, you’ll find a large SMART TV with access to your favourite Apple TV programs (BYO logins). We keep a selection of books on the property for guests to relax, unwind and find a quiet spot to forget about the world around them. The outdoor swing under the giant oak tree is a favourite spot to retreat and have some quiet time.

Once outside you’ll find multiple alfresco zones with two raised deck areas to enjoy a meal under the stars.

For the wannabe chef, a 4-burner BBQ beckons while the rest of your family or friends enjoy a game of croquet, bocce or cornhole under the giant oak tree. A firepit also greets you at the back of the property and is the perfect zone to relax, toast a marshmallow and recount the days’ adventures.

FOR OUR LITTLE GUESTS
Antler & Oak Cottage has a portable cot, highchair and change mat available on the property. Please bring your own cot linen.

WIFI & NETFLIX
We provide our guests with complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a large smart TV with Apple TV connection in the living room (main cottage) so you can stream your favourite shows (BYO login credentials to access Netflix etc).

Unfortunately as we are in a regional area, we cannot 100% guarantee that the WiFi will be available at all times. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

SECURITY CAMERA
Antler & Oak Cottage has a single motion sensitive flood light attached to the front of the main cottage. There is a single camera at the front of the studio. These cameras are always 'on'. They are there for the security of the property, our guests and their belongings. There are no cameras in the backyard or inside the house. Footage will only be referred to if disruptive or inappropriate behaviour is reported. We appreciate your understanding.

DURING YOUR STAY
Should you require assistance or emergency help during your stay, we will provide you with a contact number for the co-host and / or host. For after hours assistance between 5pm and 8am, please kindly text and either the host or co-host will respond as soon as possible.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we accept a maximum of 6 adults.
