The Neighborhood:

A lovely quiet neighbourhood which is close to parks, shops and cafes/pubs. A 12 minute bus ride will take you to the city centre or you could walk into Norwood for your choice of more expansive cafes, shopping and entertainment. Nothing is very far.

Bed linen and towels are included.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, which includes a non-refundable $30 payment processing fee. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.

Photo ID will be required before your stay for security purposes so we can verify who you say you are.
