One of the many features of this property is the large pool in between the house and demountable and landscaped gardens.
This property is very family orientated as well as friends get togethers.
4 ensuite rooms, in the demountable sleep an extra 8 guests, if required.
(the 4 extra rooms must be booked with the house on long weekends)

A lovely elevated 3 bedroom/1-bathroom modern home.
Situated across the rd. from the waterfront on Andreas Ave, Dundee Beach.
One of the many features of this property is the large 60,000 litre, inground pool, with a large shade and pool lounges.
6-seater outdoor lounge, bar stools, 10-seater table and chairs, are set up under the house if you wish to kick back and relax. 6 burner BBQ, fridge/ freezer, dart board and more
An outdoor toilet is also located downstairs.
The house sleeps 9 comfortably and is fully equipped for you to enjoy your stay. Features include open plan kitchen dining and living area.
The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you need. A large family size fridge/ freezer, microwave and modern stove are also available in the kitchen as well as other appliances.
The dining area has a six-seater dining table and chairs.
The Living area has a large comfy corner lounge suite and TV / DVD player and some games.
The main bedroom has a queen bed.
The main bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity.
There is separate toilet.
The second bedroom has a double bed.
The third bedroom has one bunk single beds and a double/single bunk bed.
The house has ceiling fans throughout and is fully air conditioned.
The property also has a demountable with 4 separate ensuite rooms. Each room sleep 2 in double beds.
These can be included, if needed, for an extra cost of $100 per room per night. The rooms must coincide with the house booking.
Terms and conditions:
Rental fee-$500 per night and $600 on public holiday weekends for up to 9 guests in the house, with a minimum of two nights stay.
We expect 3–4-night bookings on long weekends.
A refundable damage deposit of $500 applies for the house and $600 for house with demountable.
Deposit-one night rental cost will be due within 7 days from booking.
Final cost will be due at least 2 weeks before arrival.
