"Enjoying Twice in One: Asama Terrace"
At Asama Terrace, you can enjoy the breathtaking views twice over.
Mount Asama is located in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture, and the villages of Midori Town in Gunma Prefecture. It has been designated as one of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains and 100 Famous Mountains for Flowers. Mount Asama, where volcanic activity is still observed, is characterized by its gently curved and beautiful silhouette, making it popular among climbers. The autumn foliage at the foot of the mountain and its snow-capped winter scenery are also charming.
The Central Alps, with lower elevations compared to the Northern and Southern Alps, are known for having a milder climate and less winter snowfall. This makes it an attractive mountain for advanced climbers looking to challenge snow mountain climbing.
From one side, you have a magnificent view of the Central Alps, and from the other side, Mount Asama dominates the scene. Of course, you can enjoy both views simultaneously.
At Asama Terrace, there is a sunroom on the second floor. Here, you can comfortably take a nap with the views of Mount Asama and the Central Alps right in front of you.
