The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed
- Per the HOA, all commercial vehicles of any kind or description, including but not limited to buses, RVs, campers, trailers, boats, motorcycles, golf carts (with the sole exception of grounds/maintenance personnel utility carts), jet skis, and all-terrain vehicles, are prohibited from parking on any portion of the community
