The listing looked beautiful, so expectations were high, and our experience met or exceeded them. Comfortable, clean, well provisioned house, fantastic private pool, and outdoor "misters" that were tremendous in the heat. Located in a beautiful neighborhood that is a short drive from shopping and reasonably close to a grocery store. The host was easy to contact with questions and very responsive. 5 star experience!

Awesome week

Our 3-generation family had a very fun week at PS Swanky. The heated pool, the ping pong table, and the closet full of games were highlights. The kitchen was well outfitted, the beds were comfy, and there was plenty of outdoor space to spread out.

Mid-Century Gem

We couldn't have picked a better place in Palm Springs. From the mid-century décor inside to the amazing pool, spa, and firepit outside that we couldn't help but enjoy. The view of the mountains and the atmosphere of the home made this a special get away.

Great house with perfect pool and hot tub

We stayed here with our 7 year old and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed the house. The pool was heated and just exceptional. The hot tub was a big hit too. We also played ping pong a couple of afternoons. Loved the neighborhood, lots of interesting houses, very upscale. The house was also pretty close to downtown Palm Sorings (easy drive, longer walk) but far enough away that it was very quiet. Beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would return in a heartbeat. The views alone are worth it—the stunning mountain scenery felt like something out of a postcard. The backyard was just as impressive. It was the perfect place to relax, play, and spend quality time together without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into the style and decor. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful interesting art, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Every detail of the home made it easy to come together as a family, and the time here truly brought us closer. We loved it so much that we’ve decided to make this an annual tradition. Ideal for many reasons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year we come to Palm Springs for Thanksgiving, and this is the best house we've rented in the last decade. It's on a nice cul de sac in the best, quietest part of town with views of the mountains unobstructed by electrical lines. The pool is large and perfectly heated (extra $ but worth it). The bedrooms and common areas are well appointed. I can't say the kitchen is perfectly stocked and where everything is placed is odd (plates all the way across the room, ie). But those are small concessions in an otherwise excellent home. We loved it and hope to rent there again in the future.

Daily walks with our dog, relaxing in the back yard and walking to dinner downtown! The house had everything we needed for an extended stay. Family came and went, great home for entertaining. Loved barbecues and sitting by the fire pit at night. Hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a fantastic neighborhood - perfect for a quick walk into town or just sightseeing around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic with incredible midcentury gems at every mailbox. Best part of the house is the panoramic views of the mountains. Handy Kitchen and good living space. Everything you need for a vacation rental. The primary bedroom which is the most luxurious room would benefit from some better sun control - the blaring sun woke us up each morning. ALl other bedrooms (westward facing) very dark and comfortable when needed in the morning. All in all a terrific stay. Very easy check in, very accommodating staff!

Fantastic!

5 Adults in our 70s escaping Minnesota winter. Absolutely delightful home! Pool great, warm, clean. Decorating and art fabulous. Like living in a 1960’s Rat Pack movie set. Great privacy and room to spread out and stay out of each others ways. Kitchen perfect. Top notch quiet neighborhood tucked in next to mountain. Protected from wind. Easy walk to downtown Palm Springs and all the food and fun! Rigorous bike ride to Palm Springs Air Museum but well worth it. Lots of movie star homes in the neighborhood. Churches and synagogue nearby. Home and amenities are well-maintained. Landlord is easy to work with and very responsive. All in all a great experience!

Hard to find Gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second PS Swanky visit in two years. We stayed last year and just had to come back. The location, house and layout, pool and hot tub not to mention fire pit and the price had us definitely coming back to this gem! We didn’t want to leave a review being worried the property wouldn’t be available next year. The property management couldn’t be more helpful and friendly!! A definite 10 out of 10. A bargain compared.

Swanky for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this house. So well-decorated and appointed. Big bedrooms and plenty of space for eight people! The description and pictures are exactly what the property is. Quick response from the management. The only issue is that there was no "information book" about how to operate certain things and where things are located, like a mister system to keep yourself cool and where the trash cans were located outside, and the controls for the spa. Had we not called about certain things, we wouldn't have known about the mister system. There is a display screen in the kitchen, which is where they can put that info. That's the only complaint we had!
