Apartment was very clean and spacious, there are alot of stairs but they were not an issue for us. This property met our needs and the location was very convenient, but e went for my daughter’s wedding and it was 10 minutes from her and 25 minutes from the venue! A few nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and we felt safe taking a short walk in this neighborhood. Property management was super responsive witty any questions we may have had , I definitely recommend this property and will probably use this again for a visit!

The property was nice n clean and newly decorated There was a spot on the top of one of the headboards that was questionable We just didn’t touch it I didn’t read the whole description and was surprised and not happy about all the steps My oversight We had a wonderful time and are grateful to have had a clean quaint spot to rest during our weekend events

Be prepared for stairs!

The biggest thing I wasn't ready for when I got to the property was the number of stairs I'd need to go up and down every time we wanted to go in or out. The photos show stairs up to the porch and a small set of a few stairs inside. It does note stairs are required to access the property, and that's clear from the photos. What's not clear is the entire other flight of stairs that's not in the photos. This is a second story walk up, after you've already walked up a steep flight of stairs to get onto the porch. So, all in all, you're probably climbing something like 30 steps to get into and out of the property every time you enter or exit. It's also street parking only. This adds up when you're carrying in and out all of your luggage, dog crates, food, etc. We also had dogs, which we were thankful to be able to bring. Do be aware that the backyard is only accessible by another full flight of about 20 steps. The back corner of the fence is falling down, so you'll want to really watch your dogs to make sure they don't jump over and run away. As for the inside, the water pressure in the kitchen was basically none. We had to wash dishes with a small trickle of water. It took several minutes to fill a bowl of water for the dogs. The creamer for the coffee seemed to be expired. The white towels were stained and felt dirty even if they maybe weren't. The laundry only has hot water hooked up, so you can't wash anything in cold. This is fine for a cheap night or two but not much else

I apologize this affected your stay. - The listing notes that stairs are required, however, I understand the full extent may not have been clear. I am looking into adding photos that clearly show the number of stairs. - I’ve always maintained high standards for cleanliness and have been reassured the towels were clean. In light of your feedback, I will consider replacing the towels to ensure a better experience for all guests going forward. - The creamer has been replaced, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. - The fence in the backyard will be inspected and repaired immediately to ensure it’s fully secure for guests with pets. - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues. We would have acted immediately to resolve them and ensure you could fully enjoy the home.We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each guest.
