Enter the property and take the stairs up to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is really well equipped with 900mm freestanding oven, stone benchtops, great range of cooking equipment and appliances. A wood fire, as well as reverse cycle system control the temperature inside, with double glazing throughout. Sliding glass doors connect the outdoor and indoor living spaces, with views to the water, beach, and Separation Creek landscape.
The main bedroom accesses this deck and features ocean views as well. The second queen bedroom is also on this level, and has a north facing sun deck where the BBQ area is. Upstairs have a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Downstairs is the second living area with TV, games, kitchenette, and access to the second outdoor deck, along with two further bedrooms, separate bathroom and laundry. The property is complemented by an established native garden that attracts a variety of Australian birdlife, koalas and even wallabies.
All linen and towels are provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels.
The road is bitumen to the house, and parking is available on the sealed driveway, with room for two vehicles. No access to the garage.
