Clare Valley Escape, New home with pool table and 4 bedrooms

We are proud to share our new country home with you. Built in the quiet little town of Leasingham where you can escape the noise of the city. Yet you are a short stroll from the Riesling Trail and cellar doors, and only a few minutes away from the nearest town. Did we mention we're only 2.5 kms away from the world's best pub restaurant?!

Inside you will find a home built for gathering. A master bedroom with ensuite on one side, and three other bedrooms sharing a generous three-way bathroom on the other. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have two single beds each.

In the middle is your gathering space, a custom pool table in the centre, surrounded by a comfortable lounge area, a dining table for 8, and a fully equipped kitchen.

To make sure you're extra comfortable, we also have ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning throughout the home too.

We also have a generous outdoor space to sit outside and enjoy the stars (and a glass or two of the local wine of course).

Your stay includes linen, towels, hairdryer.
We supply coffee (nespresso pods and machine provided), tea and sugar. If you're lucky, there may even be a bottle of wine from one of our local cellar doors for you to enjoy!

FANTASTIC accommodation, pool table was a great addition. In a great location with lots of fantastic wineries food shopping pubs etc all very close. Had a great weekend.

Beautiful home and very well organized. The hosts are very friendly and prompt with communication. The home was very welcoming and the pool table was the highlight with the kids. I would definitely recommend this home for a family holiday.

The property was very clean, spacious & comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Location was great. Host was very responsive.Considering the price, an undercover outdoor area & a bbq are features we feel should be provided.There was however a small porch across the front of the house, which was great for 4 people to sit & enjoy a drink in the afternoon. We found the Stayz app difficult to navigate compared to previous providers we have dealt with. It was difficult to find communications & we were unable to locate the property’s address

Excellent Stay

Ray, our host was easy to communicate with and very willing to accommodate any questions or needs we had with our stay. The accommodation was excellent, modern AND CLEAN :o) We had a Christmas in July for 7 people, so the modern kitchen truly supported our dinner endeavour, even the local bottle of wine supplied by our hosts (Ray and Ann-Marie) was truly appreciated! Soo recommended!! Paul and friends :o))

Pool Table was an absolute winner. Kitchen was well stocked with all required facilities. Open plan living area was great. Exceptionally clean in all areas.Just a few opportunities that we would note for your reference: -Small bins in the bathrooms would be handy.Hooks on bathroom doors for robes etc.Position of hand towel in bathrooms could be improved.Single bed in one bedroom was a bit squeeky.Cushions on kitchen chairs would be great.Slip mats in both bathrooms would be good.Safety grab rails in both bathrooms.These are just some ideas we had but did not detract from a wonderful experience, but could probably enhance that experience.

The Clare Valley is one of the truly beautiful parts of South Australia. Only 1.5 hours from Adelaide, it is ideal for a weekend getaway... or something a little longer. We love being in a small town, on the riesling trail, and nestled between other towns where we can explore the local wineries, pubs and cafes.
