The space
Sitting atop a ridge between the source of the Humber and the Nottawasaga Rivers, this original farmhouse has spectacular sunrise views to the east and sunset views to the west. With lots of south facing natural light, the 2000 sq ft home offers a spacious layout, with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room on the main floor. Large walk out recreational basement with wood burning stove, guest room, laundry and ample space to host guests. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Pool available between June - September.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire farmhouse, garage, play-set, pool and acres of walking trails.
Other things to note
Very children friendly home, with books, toys, baby gates, booster seat, and a crib upon request. Guests must be ok with dogs. Outside property is shared with long term tenants, and 3 times a week a dog walking company uses back trails @fielddaydogs. Furniture arrangements negotiable upon request.
