Stepping inside, the open-plan living and dining area is equipped with split-system heating and cooling and flows to a covered balcony where you can sit alfresco and take in the cool ocean breeze. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or perhaps an afternoon wine. Kick back on the spacious sofa, unwinding with a good book or enjoying your favourite shows, while a fully catered kitchen makes it easy for guests to whip up a meal. You can also enjoy the use of communal BBQ facilities beside the swimming pool, or B.Y.O. rackets to the tennis court.

In the evenings, sleep easily in two comfortable bedrooms. The master is immaculately presented with a queen bed, ceiling fan, reading lights and plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings. An ensuite bathroom allows for added privacy. The second bedroom is fantastic for those travelling with kids and comes with a combination bunk bed, comprising a double on the bottom and a single bed above, plus a portable fan. There is a neat main bathroom with a shower, toilet and mirrored basin along with an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
