Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
Although the location is great, the property itself is very weathered and in need of an upgrade, as most of the furniture and equipment is aged. Many of the tiles on the balcony are unstable and need repairing.
There are no windscreens on any windows, which could be a hazard for young children, as these windows open without any protection at all.
Mattresses in both bedrooms are very hard, and not very comfortable at all. If you like a soft mattress like me, I do not recommend these super hard beds.
Showers were disappointing, with minimal water pressure.
At night, this property is extremely busy and very loud, with continuous passing traffic.
The checkin/check out process is not suitable for someone without a vehicle or with heavy luggage, as the key pickup is located 4 big blocks away from the property, and then you are expected to return the keys to the same location on checkout, which is time consuming & a difficult process.
Overall 6/10.
