It's only a five-minute walk from Avoca Lake, where you can have a swim or hire kayaks and stand-up paddle boards at Aquafun, and just 15 minutes from Avoca Beach. After exploring the shorelines, come home to kick back on the decked-out verandah or snuggle up by the fireplace and backyard fire pit.
Wake up at your own leafy-yet-beachy seaside retreat while you explore the Avoca Beach area. With coastal-themed decor, timber floors and generous indoor-outdoor living, you will truly feel on holiday the moment you walk through the door. Enjoy the seaside locale on foot and come home to kick back on the deck with ambient lighting and a lush outlook, or throw some wood on the fire pit and cosy up in the wicker daybed with your favourite book.

Be prepared to drive up a steep driveway that leads to a small set of stairs at the entryway. Inside, you will find the main lounge which features a comfortable chaise for relaxation, a widescreen TV, and an indoor fireplace to keep you cosy. This area seamlessly extends into an open kitchen and dining area equipped with a DeLonghi coffee machine to help you get your caffeine fix and start your day right.

The hallway leads to the primary bedroom, bathroom, toilet and laundry. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a canopy frame and a window with scenic views overlooking the verandah. A door in the laundry leads out to the backyard and stylish studio space. The studio serves as a second bedroom fit with a queen bed, lounge and TV, it also benefits from plenty of space to get creative with an oversized desk and easel. Back inside the main house, you'll find the bathroom with a shower and vanity, as well as a separate toilet, while in-unit laundry offers a washing machine.

Additional conveniences include a split-system air conditioning and a free parking spot on the driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire bungalow to yourself. It is a self-contained home with a shared backyard and driveway but is completely separate from the owner's residence within the complex. Please make yourself at home!

Avoca Beach is one of the most beloved locations on NSW's Central Coast. It offers plenty of water activities such as visiting the rockpools, going for a surf and getting out on the Avoca Lake on Aquafun's pedal boats or kayaks. It's home to the charming Avoca Beach Picture Theatre with their eclectic mix of re-runs of older movies and live shows, and where you will also find the award-winning boutique Beachside Markets that are held on the 4th of each month.

Slip into nearby Like Minds for a hearty breakfast to start your day, or take a short drive to Point Cafe for breakfast by the beach. Saltwater Bar & Bistro is a 10-minute walk from the home and offers comforting meals as you sit on the deck.
