With a tranquil, sun-soaked patio offering an outdoor setting—where you can enjoy al fresco relaxation at any point of the day—a BBQ, and an outdoor hot tub, you’ll be able to truly unwind during your stay. There is also a fenced-in backyard, perfect for letting small to medium-sized dogs roam about in. All outdoor amenities are shared with the owner of the house.

Step inside to find a space partially wrapped in windows, letting in warm streams of light; where polished wooden floorboards and contemporary furniture are complemented by modern conveniences like a TV with Chromecast and a Sonos sound system.

A living nook has a plush two-person couch, additional armchair and sits next to a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV; while the kitchenette has everything you need. Spend relaxing nights in making use of the premium appliances including a stovetop, microwave, small bar fridge and espresso machine; and then dine indoors at the four-person wooden table, before enjoying a glass of wine on the patio.

Come night, retreat to your grand queen bed dressed in quality linen and framed by two bedside tables, lots of closet space and a ceiling fan. A pristine bathroom is decorated in light pink tiles and has a spacious shower, toilet and a large vanity offering lots of storage space.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi. For guests with electric cars, the home is equipped with an EV charger for your use.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire guesthouse to yourself. The BBQ, hot tub, deck and driveway are shared with the owner of the house. Please make yourself at home!

Your ideal position has you perched five minutes’ from Cowes—the main town—150 metres from the sparkling beachfront and right near the Cowes boat ramp.

For breakfast, check out locals' favourite The Boatramp Cafe, an old fashioned eatery with friendly staff and delicious breakfast and coffee. Watch the Phillip Island Penguin Parade, arguably the most popular activity on this section of the coast, or head to the stunning Cape Woolamai where you can catch some barrels at the Woolamai Surf Beach. Coastal lovers can also enjoy a light-hearted coastal walk that is an 8.3km circuit and offers some striking vistas of dramatic cliffs, sparkling aqua waters and seemingly-endless panoramas.

Alternative activities include visiting the MotoGP Track, lunching at one of the many wineries in the area or visiting the Koala Conservation Centre.
