Escape to this serene 3-bedroom, two-storey holiday home nestled among the treetops of Phillip Island. Just 500 meters from the beach and boat ramp, and a short 15-minute walk to Cowes town centre, this property is perfect for families seeking relaxation and convenience.
Enjoy sunny afternoons on the large balcony with outdoor seating, umbrella, and gas BBQ — the ideal spot to unwind among the trees. The spacious backyard offers plenty of room for kids to play, and there's ample parking for cars and even a boat, with two driveways provided.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area upstairs, complete with reverse cycle heating/cooling, a Smart TV, Bluetooth stereo, and a pod coffee machine with complimentary pods. Large windows fill the two upstairs double bedrooms with natural light, while a modern bathroom offers a shower and toilet.
Downstairs, the huge bunk room sleeps up to 7 guests and is perfect for kids or larger groups, featuring two standard bunk beds and a tri-bunk. There's also a main bathroom with bath/shower combo, separate toilet, and a laundry with washing machine.
The games room with a table tennis table leads directly into the backyard. After a day at the beach, rinse off with the convenient outdoor shower.
