Tucked among the peaceful backstreets of Bronte, this breezy dual-level home is a hidden oasis with Sydney’s world-famous coastline on its doorstep. From the outset, shades of green, white and blue hint at its seaside locale, while inside warm neutral tones are accentuated by local beach photography and pops of colour.
The open-plan living and dining area is located on the lower level and opens directly to the garden, where an alfresco dining setting encourages long meals outdoors in the fresh air. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for everything from leisurely breakfasts at the breakfast bar to shared evening meals, while the generous lounge invites you to settle in with a book or unwind in front of the TV.
Also on the lower level, the primary suite offers a queen bed, direct access to the patio, and a private ensuite. The main bathroom with a spacious rain shower and a convenient kitchenette complete this floor. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat for family or friends; one features a queen bed, while the other is furnished with two single beds. Both open onto a furnished balcony with wicker chairs, creating a quiet spot to enjoy the surroundings. The staircase is fitted with handrails for support; however, the sides are open, so young children should be supervised when using the stairs.
Split-system heating and cooling downstairs ensure year-round comfort, while all three bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
