Combining art deco charm while retaining its original industrial aesthetic throughout including exposed beams and high ceilings, the lobby is instantly intriguing with an artistic bent that sets the mood for this historical building.

Arriving at your apartment, it has a contemporary feel, flooded with natural light thanks to oversized windows. A private courtyard holds character with printed artwork and is furnished with cosy seating, while a monochrome kitchen comes clad in subway tiles with chrome accents and high-end appliances encouraging you to whip up a meal at home.
